In-store demonstration program

A demo program run end to end.

EL ROAD is the crew behind the table. We confirm each demo with the store, enter it in the retailer's portal, make sure product is ordered ahead of the date, staff the event, and run it — nothing on your side is left to chase.

Our field team trains on your product before the program starts and again on a regular cycle. EL ROAD carries nationwide commercial liability insurance and California workers' compensation coverage.

02 — The program

On-site tastings, scheduled where the traffic is.

We run sampling and demonstration events inside your accounts, staffed by reps who know the category. They answer questions, explain what makes the product different, and hand the shopper a reason to buy it today.

Events are booked during peak store hours so each four-hour demo reaches as many shoppers as possible. Reps commonly run two in a day.

Audience

Grocery shoppers broadly — families, convenience buyers, and health-conscious regulars. If you want the program narrowed to a specific shopper, we build to that instead.

03 — Measurement

We count before and after, every demo.

Sales are tracked on either side of each event through our internal analytics, so you get real ROI rather than an impression estimate. Results vary by brand and category, and individual brand numbers stay confidential.

We also report shopper counts, unit movement on demoed items, and the feedback our reps hear on the floor.

Product, cups, and marketing materials used at the demo are the brand's cost. EL ROAD purchases them upfront and adds them to your invoice, itemized.

Ready when you are.

Send the onboarding questionnaire back and we start booking stores. Questions first is fine too.
