Worked out from what actually happened. You don't rate anyone — the app counted it.
Approving adds this to the Cocoa Libre invoice and releases the report to the client.
In-house team
Built from the client's onboarding — their case count, their units-per-demo estimate, and how many demos are booked. Call the store, order this, and the Roadie's purchase limit is already set to match.
Week of 3 August
A demo isn't confirmed until the Roadie accepts. Chased at 2 and 12 hours, then straight to you — a silent Roadie two weeks out is a shift you can still fill.
{{ nsNote }}
Log every call. The Roadie sees this on their shift as What the store told us — separate from the pre-event instructions.
Different stores, brands and Roadies in one go. Copy the rows straight out of a spreadsheet and paste them here.

Saturday, 2 August
Every demo running today, and exactly what's missing from each. Text a Roadie without leaving this screen.
Updates as they type. No refresh, no asking.
Goes to their phone as a normal text. The whole team sees the thread.
Texts already sent this morning. Nobody on your team touched these.
Tari gets the six that are about a Roadie — no-show, location gap, over the limit, cover unclaimed, expiring document, score under 3. Applications and invoices go to Laurie alone.
AI writes each one from what actually changed — the store, the time, what's different from before. Not a template with blanks.
Every automatic text lands in the thread, so your team sees it before they call.
Reports the client can't see until you approve them.
Open one to read it, check the photos and receipts, then approve or send it back.
Approving emails them a link to build their file — documents, contract, bank details. They can't see a shift until it's done.
Brands waiting on you. Approving emails them their portal link. They see nothing until then.
Deactivating stops every text, email and open-shift alert straight away, and pulls them from future schedules. Their file and past reports stay.

Sunday evening, one per Roadie. AI writes it from their own week — what went well, one thing to tighten, always warm. Deactivated Roadies are skipped.
Buyer report plus the shelf nudge, one per client, laurie@ copied.
You read it before it goes. Nothing sends without your click.
Roll handles tax forms, withholding, wage statements and sick-leave accrual. These are the things Roll can't know about because they happen at the demo — the platform tracks them and pushes them into Sunday's export.
Runs every Sunday for the week just closed, Monday to Sunday. Roadie hours come off the GPS clock, expenses off approved receipts. In-house staff run on salary or timesheet. Anyone who does both sits on one record.
{{ adpNote }}
Roll sends the money. Tell the app it happened and everyone's Pay screen updates — no chasing you to ask.
{{ paidNote }}
Runs every Sunday alongside payroll, for the week just closed. Built from approved demos, expenses and mileage — no re-typing.
Every line traces to an approved report. Nothing gets invoiced that a Roadie didn't do and you didn't sign off.

Your request is in. We check every brand before opening a portal, so nothing shows here until someone at EL ROAD approves it. Usually same day.
You'll get an email the moment it's live. Anything urgent — elroad@elroadmarketing.com

Cocoa Libre
Booked and staffed. Your report lands within 24 hours of each one.
Every Sunday, a page you can forward straight to your category manager. Timestamped photos, GPS-verified hours, counted units — proof, not claims.
{{ q.text }}
Every photo carries its store, date and time. Hours are GPS-verified. Units are counted before and after, not estimated.

Every Sunday we send you what's left on the shelf at each store we worked that week, broken down by flavour — so you can nudge the ones running low to reorder before they go empty.
Add more addresses separated by commas. Laurie is copied on every one.
Most stores want a COI naming them as additional insured before they'll confirm a date. Upload one per store — we can't book until it's here.
Whole Foods is the chain that reliably rejects a certificate over wording. Send this to your insurance agent exactly as written — an ACORD 25 takes them a day and there's no charge.

When we contact a store about your demos, the email comes from your domain and is signed by us as your field marketing team. Authorize it once here.
You see every email we send in your name, and you can withdraw this at any time. We won't misrepresent the relationship if a store asks who we are.
On the last day of each month we send a full report — every demo, every photo, every shopper comment, and the month against the one before. Yours to keep and forward.
Your numbers stay with us indefinitely — that's what lets us tell you how a store compares to your own average. Photos stay available here for 18 months, then move to archive. This is why we send everything weekly and again at month end: so you always hold your own copy.
Upload anything your Roadies should read. It reaches them straight away — no need to email us.
